Shipping and delivery

We offer free international shipping on all orders above $180 / €150, except for orders containing art prints which are shipped separetely from our printing partner.

EUROPEAN UNION AND REST OF THE WORLD (EXCLUDING THE UK)

  • UPS

Deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order ships, so that you can locate your package at any time. Your order is delivered against signature to the shipping address on the order form. In case of absence during the delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone to retry delivery for 3 days. In case of non-delivery of the parcel by the carrier, the parcel will be returned to Atelier Choux. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination.

  • Chronopost or Colissimo International

Deliveries are made within 3 to 15 business days. The indicative time frame for the main European destinations is 3 to 5 days. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order ships, so that you can locate your package at any time. Your package will be delivered to you in person or delivered to your mailbox. If the package does not fit into your mailbox, it will be made available in the post office to which you belong. You will then have 10 working days from the arrival of your package to come collect it. After this time it will be returned to Atelier Choux.

UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery is made by Royal Mail if you have chosen the “Colissimo” option and by Chronopost otherwise. Please note that since the implementation of Brexit:

  • orders under £ 135 include UK VAT and are not subject to UK customs charges
  • orders over £ 135 do not include UK VAT nor customs charges, which the recipient may not be asked to pay

Deliveries are made within 48-72 hours from Monday to Saturday morning, except on public holidays. A tracking number will be provided so that you can locate your package at any time. Your package will be delivered to you in person or delivered to your mailbox. If the package does not fit into mailbox, it will be made available in the post office to which you belong. You will then have 10 working days from the arrival of your package to come collect it. After this time it will be returned to Atelier Choux.

NOTE ON SHIPPING FEES

You can see the exact amount of shipping to be paid in your cart by selecting the country of delivery, before the checkout. This is possible without having to login or create an account.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of items ordered, so as to ensure the fairest possible cost.

NOTE ON DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times we indicate are those generally recognized by the carrier. They are to be considered in addition to product availability time and shipping time associated with processing and preparation of the order. No refund of postage will be possible in the event of a delivery exceeding the specified time frame.

NOTE ON THE DELIVERY

Upon receipt of your order, it is important to ensure that your package has not been damaged during transport. This check should be done at the time of delivery and in front of the delivery person. If the packaging of your parcel and / or product(s) has been damaged, note defects and damage found on the delivery note of the carrier. You can also refuse the package. This waybill will be an important supporting document for Atelier Choux or the carrier to compensate you (refund, exchange).

NOTE ON CUSTOM FEES

If you have made a purchase for delivery to a non-EU country, please be aware that customs fees and import duties are imposed by the destination country once the package arrives. Should your order be subject to customs approval, you may be responsible for covering these fees and any additional taxes. It is the recipient’s responsibility to settle these charges.

If the recipient chooses not to pay the customs fees, the order will be returned to Atelier Choux. Once we receive the returned package at our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the order amount, minus the shipping costs incurred for the return to Atelier Choux.
