How is my order packaged?
Most of our products arrive in a fully illustrated, rigid gift box with magnetic closure.
Our Hôtel Particulier gift set is shipped inside a custom size white carton box, decorated with the Atelier Choux logo on the outside. It is essentially wrapped, ready for immediate gifting with no further paper required.
Do you have addition options for gift wrap?
Atelier Choux’s Hôtel Particulier is in itself a perfect gift, ready-to-give ! We can also include a gift card with your message, free of charge. Just enter it during the check-out process.
I made a mistake and would like to modify an order that has already been submitted, is it possible ?
We will do our best to try help, so long as your order preparation has not started. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
How do I know my order has been received?
After submitting your order through the secure payment page you will receive a confirmation email. This summary will provide all the details of your order for your reference.
Where can I find the details of previous orders ?
Please visit My Account the bottom of the screen where you can access you all previous orders and even save or print pdfs of past invoices.
How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?
In principle, all orders placed before 11am CET are processed on the same day. As soon as your order is ready to ship you will receive a confirmation email. This will allow you to calculate the expected date of delivery based on the estimates provided on our Shipping page.
What payment methods does Atelier Choux accept?
Atelier Choux offers online payment by credit card, with Visa, Mastercard and all other major credit cards. Payment will be automatically made in euros. If your account is not euro denominated, your bank will take care of the conversion automatically.
Which countries do you ship to?
Atelier Choux can deliver to nearly all countries worldwide. To learn more about our rates, please see our Shipping page.
Which country are you shipping from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Paris.
Is the online payment on atelierchoux.com secure?
We use the Stripe payment platform that secures all transactions with HTTPS and 128-bit encryption. Your bank details are immediately encrypted during the payment process. Your banking details do not pass through any intermediary and are not even visible to Atelier Choux, nor is the information stored in our database.
Are taxes included in your prices?
Our prices already include VAT and/or sales tax. Orders outside the European Union however are subject to possible taxes and customs fees. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer / recipient. Any additional payment to cover this will be requested by the carrier upon delivery.
