Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery with UPS, including within France, with complimentary international shipping on all orders above $180 / €150. Please note that art prints are shipped separately from our printing partner and may arrive in a different parcel.

All orders — in France, the European Union, the UK, and the rest of the world — are shipped via UPS. Delivery generally takes 3 to 5 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships, so you can follow its progress at any time. Parcels are delivered against signature. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, UPS will make additional attempts over the following three days. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Atelier Choux. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, the weight, and the volume of your order. You can preview the shipping cost directly in your cart by selecting your country — no login required.

The delivery times we provide are the standard estimates given by UPS and do not include order processing or preparation time. Atelier Choux cannot reimburse shipping fees in the event of delays caused by the carrier.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to Atelier Choux, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only, minus any shipping and return fees incurred.

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of your package in the presence of the courier. If the packaging or product appears damaged, please note this on the delivery slip or refuse the parcel. This documentation will help us assist you with a refund or exchange if needed.
