Application Instructions:

1. Apply to clean, dry skin
2. Cut out the tattoo and remove the clear film
3. Place ink side down on the skin and press with a damp cloth for 30 seconds
4. Gently peel off paper and lightly wet the edges to set

Do not use on eyelids or near the eyes.
