• In the United States and Canada, backdrops arrive in approximately 5 – 7 days. Shipping costs are included 

• Banners are available with the following options, please let us know which option you prefer

              (i) pole pockets at the top and bottom,

              (ii) pole pockets at the top only, or

              (iii) with a simple hem.

• Want personalized text? Include details like desired text and placement in your email for a quick quote (additional fees apply). Personalized text fees are typically €50 / $50 in addition to the backdrop cost.
• Our prints are copyrighted. DIY printing at home or unauthorized printing by event planners / large format printers is copyright infringement. We will take legal action against all violations. 

Party backdrops are Made to Order and are non-refundable.

Atelier Choux ships internationally via UPS. Delivery is free for orders over €150 (estimated 3–10 business days once shipped, depending on the destination). For orders under €150, shipping fees apply at checkout.

Orders placed before 12 a.m. CET are processed and shipped the same business day.
